I'd go with Shadow The Hedgehog from Sonic X and Aster Phoenix from Yu-Gi-Oh! GX and Barry From Pokemon Diamond and Pearl!

I would have to say Toshiro Hitsugaya from Bleach and Hinata Hyuga from naruto and Joey from Yu-Gi-Oh! Original

...Wait a sec. Souldn't this be titled, "YOUR Most Favorite Anime (or Cartoon) Characters"??? I apologize for pointing this out, but I'm kind of into proper spelling and grammar (well, most of the time, anyway) and that was just....bugging me.
